What is a Spa?
SPA:
Establishment contributing to people's wellness in an environment conducive to relaxation, offering as the main activity one or more forms of water therapy
and one or several types of professional treatments, at least including massage therapy, offered in two or more treatment rooms and comprising a relaxation
area reserved for this purpose.

Certification of Excellence Spa Member
Spa which has received the Relais santé® certification of excellence and meets the highest standards in terms of:
- Customer Service;
- Water Quality;
- Training & Quality of Therapists;
- Quality of Care;
- Installations;
- Hygiene.
Each certified spa is subject to regular visits by anonymous inspectors and offers its consumers a minimum of 5 treatment rooms.
