Since 1996, our Member Spas are fortunate to have a Code of Ethics which dictates several aspects of the services offered within their establishments, such as therapist training, hygiene, the obligations and duties towards the clientele, health precautions, mandatory health screenings, etc.
The implementation of such a unique Code of Ethics has helped us develop a high-quality tourism product allowing Certified Relais Santé® Member Spas to distinguish themselves from the general spa market in Canada.
