Certified Quality
Spas Relais Santé® is a member association that has gained a wide recognition since it was established in 1993. The high quality of its establishments is well-known by the public as well as private institutions, the tourism industry and the general public.
Its Code of Ethics, the sole document of its kind in Canada, is used by professionals from the Member Spa network as a reference tool and guide.
Membership structure
As a member of Relais Santé® Spas you will benefit from the support of a team committed to serving its members on a full-time basis -in such tasks as referring and providing information on the various member spas to interested clients and media groups. All members are invited to elect the Board of Directors and attend the board meetings which are held twice yearly at the end of each financial semester.
In addition, you will get the latest news on Spas Relais Santé® through newsletters and memos sent throughout the year. You will be kept informed on the events and gatherings held by the industry, organized trade missions and the latest tourism news. The mission of Spas Relais Santé® is to promote exchanges and cooperation between key tourism industry leaders and the member spas.
Marketing
The Spas Relais Santé® marketing approach generates positive results for each and every Certified Member through activities such as the distribution of the Annual Member Guide and advertising campaigns in magazines, daily papers, on television and on the Internet. The association is also present at tourist fairs, industry trade shows and exhibitions that are open to the public in order to represent its members.
As a Certified Member Spa you will benefit from:
- An individual web page on the Spas Relais Santé® website presenting the particulars of your establishment, the special offers and images of your site;
- A full page in the Annual Member Guide, our yearly tourist publication;
- Training initiatives organized by Spas Relais Santé®.
Exchange Centre
Since Spas Relais Santé® is set up as an open exchange centre, you can join discussion groups and work committees focusing on the various experiences of spa owners and directors that have common interests. You will profit from the actions taken as a result of suggestions made at these meetings.
You will also get a chance to consult and peruse various market studies conducted by the Health Tourism industry.
