Terms and conditions

The cards are inserted in the guide and are detachable.
You must make 3 visits to at least 2 different Relais santé® spas over a period of two years beginning with the stamp from the first visit.
The Relais santé® reception clerk will stamp the card and enter the date. Limited to one card per person. Couples are not entitled to 2 stamps on the same card.
Cardholders must send the completed card to Spas Relais santé® and fill in their name and address on the card. The information will be registered in our database and allow you to receive correspondence from your association.
Upon receipt of your card, Spas Relais santé® will send you a 15% rebate coupon, valid for a period of six months.
The coupon expiry date cannot be extended.
The 15 % rebate applies to any spa treatment in a certified Spas Relais santé®, up to $25.
If a card is not completed or non-compliant, it will be invalidated.
Spas Relais santé® reserves the right to modify its program at any time without prior notice.
