Terms and conditions
- The cards are inserted in the guide and are detachable.
- You must make 3 visits to at least 2 different Relais santé® spas over a period of two years beginning with the stamp from the first visit.
- The Relais santé® reception clerk will stamp the card and enter the date. Limited to one card per person. Couples are not entitled to 2 stamps on the same card.
- Cardholders must send the completed card to Spas Relais santé® and fill in their name and address on the card. The information will be registered in our database and allow you to receive correspondence from your association.
- Upon receipt of your card, Spas Relais santé® will send you a 15% rebate coupon, valid for a period of six months.
- The coupon expiry date cannot be extended.
- The 15 % rebate applies to any spa treatment in a certified Spas Relais santé®, up to $25.
- If a card is not completed or non-compliant, it will be invalidated.
- Spas Relais santé® reserves the right to modify its program at any time without prior notice.
