Treatments

Water Therapies

Water therapies include, notably, isolation tanks (sensory isolation capsules), floating baths, balneotherapy, thalassotherapy, hydrotherapy, thermo therapy, however excluding domestic-style baths and showers.

 

Massotherapy

Massotherapy is practiced with hands and fingers, but also with the feet, elbows and sometimes knees. According to the technique used, the maneuvers can be applied to the whole body or on one part.

 

Thermotherapy Cycle (Nordic Baths)

A circuit alternating hot (5-10 minutes), cold and relaxation (10-15 minutes) in order to maximize the therapeutic benefits.

 

Aesthetic Therapies

Treatments given by a certified esthetician, for relaxation or beauty.

 

Body Therapies

Treatments given by a certified therapist, for relaxation, cleansing, exfoliation, purification or to invigorate the body from head to toe.

 

Therapies for Children

Therapies for children are now on the agenda. While keeping in great fun, the treatments are specifically designed with childhood in mind and at the same time, respecting their intimacy. Different treatments are offered: gumming, massage, exfoliation, manicure, and pedicure.
 

Therapies for Pregnant Women

Throughout one’s pregnancy, little disagreeable problems can plague future moms, especially esthetic issues: dry or oily skin, lusterless hair, soft nails, heavy legs…
